WANTED: Health app testers for Type 2 Diabetes content
Could YOU help review a new condition added to our award winning app? We are looking for people who have Type 2 Diabetes to review new content within CONNECTPlus.
Your help will ensure its effective use in helping people manage their health conditions.
If you have an Apple iOS, or Android phone and have a long term health condition, know someone who does or are just generally interested in digital health solutions and technology, we'd love to invite you to join our app testing team!
What is CONNECTPlus?
CONNECTPlus has been co-designed with NHS clinicians and patients to help manage multiple conditions in one place. It keeps patients informed, connected to their clinical teams, and extends the duty of care. This brings real benefit to many people.
BETA Testing: Diabetes
If you'd like to be involved in the testing and review of Type 2 Diabetes within CONNECTPlus all we need you to do at this stage is:

2. Once registered we will send you a link to our test platform so that you are able to see the Type 2 Diabetes content and we will provide specific instructions on what you will need to do. We will give you a feedback questionnaire to complete. We envisage it will take around 45-60 mins to do the review and answer the questions.
Please note:
This is only the testing stage on our test platform and not the final product. Testing will be on Type 2 Diabetes only. Any data you enter into the app will not be used or saved.
